1 Classification

3 carton accessories

in order to improve the protection of the contents, carton accessories such as spacer, gasket, base and die-cutting parts are allowed. 4 size regulations

4.1 the length, width and height of the inner dimension of the carton are used to represent the specification of the carton, and the dimensions are given according to the following sequence and code, in mm

5 technical requirements

5.6 the main front of the box body shall be free of obvious damage and stain on the surface, and the crack width of the cutting surface shall not exceed 8mm

5.7 the printed drawings on the box surface are clear, consistent in depth and accurate in position. The name or code of the carton manufacturer must be printed in the box cover

5.8 the width of the overlapping tongue edge of the carton joint nailing is 35-50mm. The metal nails shall be nailed along the center line of the overlapping part, and the inclined nails (forming a 45 ° angle with the vertical edge of the carton) or horizontal nails shall be used. The box nails shall be arranged neatly and evenly, the distance between the single row of nails shall not be greater than 80mm, the distance between the nails shall be uniform, and the distance between the head and tail nails and the indentation edge line on the bottom surface shall not be greater than 20mm. The nailed joint shall be nailed firmly and thoroughly, and there shall be no defects such as overlapping, warping nails, no corner and so on

5.9 carton joint adhesive lap tongue edge width is not less than 30mm, the adhesive uses vinyl acetate emulsion or other adhesives with the same adhesive effect. The adhesive applied to the bonding joint shall be uniform and sufficient so that the joint is still bonded when the face paper is separated, and there shall be no excess adhesive overflow from the joint

5.10 the width of the indentation line of the corrugated box shall be no more than 12mm for single corrugated box and no more than 17mm for double corrugated box. The broken line shall be in the middle, and there shall be no cracks and broken lines. There shall be no redundant indentation lines on the box wall

5.11 after the corrugated box flap is opened and closed 180 ° and reciprocated for more than 5 times, there shall be no cracks on the surface layer and inner layer of class 1 and 2 boxes, there shall be no cracks on the outer layer of class 3 box plate, and the total length of cracks on the inner surface layer shall not be greater than 70mm

5.12 corrugated boxes can be treated with moisture-proof surface according to the agreement between the supplier and the buyer

5.13 the mechanical properties of corrugated boxes include compressive strength, impact strength and transfer strength, which are clearly specified in the standards or technical requirements of corrugated boxes for each specific product or agreed by the supplier and the buyer

6 test method

6.1 for the made corrugated box, the paper board performance test shall be carried out according to the type and needs of the box, and the strength test of the box can be carried out if necessary

6.2 when measuring the inner dimension of the carton, open the carton and form it. The included angle of the adjacent surfaces is 90 °. Measure the distance (inner dimension) between the two sides of the length and width outside the overlapping tongue as the length (L) and width (b) of the carton, and measure the height of the carton
