China’s national standard stipulates that the maximum weight of a single packing box handled manually is 18 kg. Therefore, it is reasonable to limit the weight of corrugated box goods of general consumer products to 20 kg

Improving the quality grade or gram weight of core paper without increasing too much cost can also significantly improve the strength performance of corrugated board
in the carton type standard, 0900 series are all kinds of partitions, gaskets and supports in the carton. The rational use of these accessories plays a great role in improving the overall compressive strength of corrugated boxes. Unfortunately, it has not attracted enough attention in China’s carton manufacturing industry and users, and the utilization rate is very low. under the same volume, the consumption of paperboard materials of 0201 cartons with different length, width and height dimensions is obviously different
